Customer Service Experience Assessment 


How a business operates when you are not around will always be a mystery, unless you receive feedback from a customer or client, however feedback can always be biased, as can the experience a customer receives. It is no secret that today far too often, a paying customer is not given the attention, respect or consideration that was once provided years ago in almost every industry. All too often paying individuals are ignored, mistreated or rushed along, simply because an employee’s heart is not in the service they are meant to be providing. I have often said, I need to teach a class on customer service, well this is that class. 


Starting with a cliche mystery shopper type of experience, it can end with that and a detailed evaluation and report. Allowing the information to be used at the discretion of the leadership for future meetings and discussions. 


However multiple evaluations can be combined and used to formulate a specialized course to help your employees and teach needed basics to your team. New Ideas and efforts to stimulate proper customer service etiquette for the future would be introduced along with exercises to implore new motivation and direction in customer treatment.
